Full registration rates, according to date received by the National Office:
   $80 by Dec. 31, 2009
   $90 by March 31, 2010
   $100 by June 15, 2010
   $110 after June 15, 2010

Young Mensan rates, by age:
   4 and under: free
   Ages 5-12:  $40
   Ages 13-20:  $55 

Day rates (combined Wednesday/Thursday and Sunday/Monday):
   Adults:  $40 per calendar day  
   Young Mensans:  $20

Please note that a 5-percent processing fee will be charged for cancellation and refund requests through June 25, 2010. If you need to cancel your hotel registration, please note the hotel's policy allows you to cancel without penalty up 24 hours prior to arrival; otherwise, the credit card on file will be charged for one night's room and tax.

  
Notes

Cross-border travel between the U.S. and Canada now requires a passport or other approved travel document. If you'd like to visit Canada during the 2010 AG, be sure to order your passport in time to receive it before you leave.
